Barbara Quinlan is the founder of bqSTYLE, a premier full-service luxury interior design firm established in New York in 2006. With a background in fashion consulting/styling and portrait photography, her journey into designing interiors was a natural transition. Barbara’s focus is to bring the highest level of quality and service to her clients. At the very core of each project is the client’s vision and their wishes which are then enhanced by Barbara’s keen eye for creating harmonious and timeless styles.
Barbara unifies classic design principles with a fresh, modern and timeless approach to today’s lifestyle and aesthetic needs. From new construction to renovations of existing spaces, bqSTYLE has designed residential and commercial interiors in New York City, Greenwich, Darien, Newport, Naples, Palm Beach, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. Working with a team of top contractors and vendors throughout the United States and globally, Barbara places her clients’ requirements at the heart of every project, large or small.
